Hope your next survey shows more percent from the medical profession! If the doctors see results from all the people from other sources, hopefully they become believers in the medical benefits. And as more studies are done with more and more people to draw data from, they learn how good this is for a huge chunk of our population. Not everyone needs it but those of us who do, certainly can benefit from it! I am 9 months into this journey and for my 1 year I hope to share my success story with dietdoctor. You have certainly changed my life ❤️❤️❤️

A lovely friend told me to "just go to diet doctor. com" and I did. After about 2months of watching, reading, googling, I started. Now 20 months in, 18kgs down, 4 dress sizes down. I'm 73. Thank you Dr Eenfeld and team

A friend recommended. I had already been following a paleo diet, and done Whole30 a few times before, but was looking for better results. I found the website to be so informative, easy to understand and loved that there was no sales gimmick attached. Tried keto (and fasting) and was amazed at how well it worked!

I've known about Diet Doctor via Dr. Jason Fung when he mentioned it with one of his interviews with Dr. Joseph Mercola on Mercola.com. At the end of the interview, Dr. Mercola asked Dr. Fung on where he can be found online and he said that this is one of the site he frequently do a blog about. And the rest for me is history.

My mother was diagnosed with type 2 diabeties by her gp in south wales , she is the latest in a long line of women on my mothers side with this condition. I myself already have Pcos and have been taking metformin for most of my adult life. I was having a dig around youtube to understand my mothers new way of eating and came accross a speech given by the lovely Diet doctor himself by accident as it was next in the list after a speech by Dr David Unwin and his wife. I watched a lot of speeches over the next weeks to get an idea of how it all worked and made my mind up that Keto may well possibly be the only hope left I have, I am now 41 and have tried and failed at a lot of diets over the years, but now my list of illnesses seems to go up every year Pcos then Fibromyalgia joined the club then I herniated a disc then while trying to insert excersise into my lifestyle I injured my knee . Keto seemed from what I had watched the best thing to do and so I am now 6 weeks in and 7 kilos lighter and in the last few weeks Ive introduced IF after watching Dr Fungs videos here . I feel now I have control over my health which is improving week by week I dont miss my old way of eating at all and Ive never felt so vibrant . Thank you so much Diet Doctor for providing consitent and well thought out information that is independant .

Via Google search. This after a co-worker who told me about his need to go "low-carb" due to Limes disease. I am nearly three months in and feeling great with the LCHF way of life and IF. I continue to loose weight (bw 260, cw 234) and inches! I have a goal weight of 150 for my height and body type. I feel healthier in my gut than ever, ever in my life. No more bloating, no more IBS or meat sensitivities. I tell everyone who cares to listen about DD. This site is amazing and is a true support team for health. Thank you so much for the quality within the content. Blessings to all!

I am a RN. I manage my type 2 diabetes with a ketogenic diet and no meds. When I was diagnosed they wanted to put me on insulin and metformin. I said I wanted to manage it thru diet alone. I went from an A1c of 12.1 to 6.0 with no meds in three months. Their skepticism turned to amazement. Nearly 3 years later I'm still on no meds and keeping my A1c in the pre-diabetic range. This gives me credibility to teach this approach at the clinic where I work. A few months ago, a physician asked me to locate something suitable to help an illiterate diabetic and I surfed the internet and found your visual guides which were perfect for him to be able to grasp what foods were good for a low carb approach to his diabetes. Of course I found so much more of value on your site that I joined. I've watched and learned so much that is helpful in patient education. I've been teaching a growing number of patients about a LCHF/Keto approach and telling all of them about your website. It is empowering to patients and has revitalized this old nurse.

Three years ago I was visiting family in Florida and my nephew had released 45 lbs so I asked him how he did it. He said he went on a low carb diet of only 130 carbs a day. He ate turkey bacon for breakfast. So I went back home to AZ and the first day home we went to a restaurant to eat. The waitress came over to our table and I told her I was on this low carb diet and what did they have in this restaurant that I could eat. She brightened up and said "I have been on that diet for 17 years and have lost 175 lbs, BUT, your nephew is mistaken about how many carbs you should eat. You should have only 20 carbs a day!!! She told me to go to DietDoctor.com to learn more. I am now a member! I see this waitress every once in awhile and she is now 20 years on the program and looks fantastic! Judy

I found a link, years ago, to Dr. Eenfeldt’s speech on the worldwide rise of obesity. I think he was on a cruise ship? It was informative, humorous and shocking! The link was provided in the newsletter of a natural gardening site and was highly recommended. I checked it out and have followed Diet Doctor ever since! I am pleased and amazed at the growth and acceptance of LCHF as a lifestyle choice. Many more years of success Dr. Eenfeldt! I will continue to recommend DietDoctor.com.
