    Yes! My dad has type 2 diabetes. I started meal-prepping low carb meals for him and he hasn't had to take an insulin shot in 2 months! His blood sugar has been consistently in the normal range. They need more information and articles about this. 😊

    Well I thought fasting insulin would be a good thing to test....until yesterday when I watched Catherine Croft's Breckenridge 2018 presentation where she says it goes up and down. ie is a bit too variable to be a reliable marker. The interpretation of the science is evolving so I will just try to "keep calm and keto on" .
