Fabulous food festival coming to Cumbria in July

Real food rocks

Real Food Rocks. The name says it all.

This action-packed, all-day festival is coming our way on July 20th in Brathay Hall near Ambleside. (That’s Northwest England for those unfamiliar.) Speakers, workshops, musicians and food vendors will come together to celebrate real food and raise funds for The Public Health Collaboration, a charity dedicated to improving the quality of public health information in the UK.

Real Food Rocks Festival: July 20th, 2019

Please join Drs. David and Jen Unwin, Dr. Aseem Malhotra and others for a family-friendly, music-filled day of learning and an evening of great food and celebration. Plan ahead, book a nearby hotel, and make it the centerpiece of a holiday weekend.

Tickets are available now!
