    The best public appearance I've seen so far by Dr. Aseem Malhotra, totally non apologetic about saturated fat and clear communication on the role of carbohydrates.

    He still a bit to careful and won't say that a roasted pork belly is healthy food (yet?). There's absolutely nothing wrong with vegetables and oily fish, but that's not the whole picture

    Except that he mostly spoke about "refined carbohydrates,"
    whatever those are.

    That kind of equivocating is confusing the general
