For many of us, summer is a bit more laid back than the rest of the year. School’s out, days are longer, and we tend to have more recreational time. You can use this time to head into fall in a healthier, smarter way when it comes to keto.
Once you sign up for 5 Weeks of Keto with Kristie, you’ll be provided daily support from your teacher, Kristie Sullivan, who’s a total keto expert. She’ll show you how to shop, cook, and live your best low-carb life over the next five weeks.
Think sticking to the program is hard? Not with Kristie’s help! This program is designed to teach you practical tips for living a low-carb lifestyle — while also inspiring you to reach your goals in realistic ways.
Kristie provides simple everyday advice. Throughout this program, you’ll become a master at 35 keto-related topics, ranging from what to drink and eat when dining out to the dieting secrets that can make or break your success.
During the first three weeks you won’t even have to think about which foods you should (or shouldn’t) eat. Instead, the meal plan is completely laid out for you. All you have to do is bring along your provided shopping list to the grocery store each Sunday — and cook the recipes for the coming week.
Then, in weeks four and five, it’s been common practice for past program participants to repeat their favorite meals from weeks one through three — or even create personalized meal plans from scratch using our meal planner tool.
The goal is that you will finish this challenge feeling equipped and empowered to face any food-related situation with ease — even when attending summer celebrations.
