During the first three weeks you won’t even have to think about which foods you should (or shouldn’t) eat. Instead, the meal plan is completely laid out for you. All you have to do is bring along your provided shopping list to the grocery store each Sunday — and cook the recipes for the coming week.

I do alote of cycling training so normally need carbs - can i still do this program but eat extra carbs at certain times please ?

It is not necessary to eat extra carbs for workouts. When you are fat adapted, your body can burn the fat you have stored rather than glucose. Most find it best to work out or train in a fasted state. The key elements are hydration and electrolyte balancing.
