Diet Doctor Twitter news

Do you use Twitter? We’ve made a major change to my former @DietDoctor1 account. As it got more and more taken over by company news we’ve now made it the official Diet Doctor Twitter account. Also, it’s just been renamed to @DietDoctor.
Personally I just started a new Twitter account, @DrEenfeldt, with 0 followers. Feel free to follow me there for my tweets and discussions, and let me know if you have any suggestions for who to follow. I’m looking forward to restarting my Twitter career!

Aside from people with oxalate kidney stones, most people do not need to limit or avoid oxalate containing vegetables.
I am on a near carnivore diet. I have celiac disease and have been refining my diet since my celiac diagnosis 6 years ago. I was eating a lot of green vegetables especially "healthy'' spinach. When I cut out the greens including spinach which is extremely high in oxalates, all my long standing GI symptoms disappeared in 24hrs. I have never had kidney stones. I eat no vegetables and I am very healthy. Oxalates, along with other anti nutrients in plants, are very nasty and cause many problems for a lot of people. Another health benefit was that my arthritic joint pain has almost vanished.
