POULTRY I freeze in marinade (olive oil, mustard, lemon (organic, so you can use it grated and juiced), pureed onions, herbs (especially thyme and sage), salt and pepper).
Many people are oblivious to the fact that BUTTER can and NUTS should be frozen. Get going when you see those Kerrigolds at a reasonable price, maybe order nuts in bulk online or visit a walnut farm in fall.

I suppose when you look at the archaeological data that our ancestors have gone to great efforts to crack open animal marrow bones, to access the goodies inside, it shouldn’t be too bad an idea to consume it.
