This marathon enthusiast not only improved his best-ever running time while in ketosis, he apparently “crushed it” by 5 minutes. Along the way, he also discovered some additionally welcomed side effects:
I also lost weight, which made me lighter on my feet. And because I wasn’t stuffing my face with foods (carbs) that cause inflammation, I recovered quickly after my hardest runs.
