If we are to stop the obesity epidemic and improve our health, including dental health, our “workplace cake culture” is a problem. This according to dentists:

This can be a complicated problem. But it can at least be made a bit simpler. Most people who eat low-carb foods, including healthy fats, feel satisfied with no need to snack during the day. I know this has certainly been the case for me.

If that’s not enough, and it feels impossible to abstain, it may take much more effort to become sugar free.
