    This feature is a great idea. I cook regularly with friends who do not eat low carb. At first, we cooked meat, low carb vegetable, and starch and I just didn't eat the starch. Over time, when I've asked if they want to cook a starch, they've said no more often. They're normal weight and not diabetic so there's no push for them to change their eating, but I'm happy that they find meals without starch satisfying.
