Coming soon: Let’s Get Moving — exercise for beginners
New year, new you! Have you resolved to start working out, but wondering where to start? Welcome to Let’s Get Moving, an exercise course for beginners.
Our first-ever video exercise course launches on Tuesday, January 7. Overcome your fear of exercise and learn to love movement with Swedish triathlete Jonas Colting. Fresh, funny, and never intimidating, this 6-part course covers walking, squats, lunges, hip thrusters, and push-ups. These exercises require no equipment and can be done anywhere, any time, and at any level.
You asked us, and we heard you. You told us you wanted easy and approachable exercise content that would inspire you to start moving. So we combined a beautiful natural setting with practical and fun tips and advice. It’s different from anything else that you’ve seen on our site. We really hope you like it. We’re so excited to get moving together.
This 6-part video course will be released on January 7 and will be available exclusively for members. Don’t forget about our 1-month free trial, if you don’t have a membership yet!
Delighted that you are adding Exercise Module to all the other great information. Sounds like it is going to be just the motivator to keep us moving while we improve our health.
William Ireland.
It was so nice of you to reach out to me with all this info, not to mention the offer of a free month's trial.
Unfortunately, I cannot take you up on it at the present time, as I am on an even more stringent diet, but must stick with it-for 8-10 weeks. It is all about FODMAPS. I have every single symptom for the problem, and badly!
Keto and a FODMAPS just do NOT work, and I simply need to curb a lot, to find out by eliminating, then adding back in what I need to avoid permanently!
When this is over, I can perhaps consider Keto again, and that includes Diet Dr. and all the other team contributors.
I will contact you, because you have the best presentation and the most knowledgeable people, as well as info, food plans, and positive approach I've come across. Keep your fingers crossed?
I hope to be back with you by mid Spring, if I can hang in there. I thought Keto was tough.
Sincerely,
Faith
Thanks for your comment. Yes, we scaled everything in order to make it simple and easy for beginners, so the squats can be done with support, the lunges can be done as supported or walking lunges, and the push-ups can start at the wall or for more advanced, on your knees. The course went live today, please let us know if you like it! If this course is a winner with members, we hope to create more :)
