Ancestral Health has started

Here is me and Monique Forslund in a packed lecture hall as the conference was about to start. Also in the picture: Swedish-American Marianne and her husband Bill. Believe it or not, but they are here because Marianne read my Swedish book when it came out back in January. They have been LCHF/Paleo fans ever since and have already spread the message to quite a few of their friends.

The day even started out interestingly as I shared a cab from the hotel with none other than Loren Cordain (whom I have never met before).

i would be interested in the appearance of the attendees. any people carrying around extra body fat?
  2. Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt, MD Team Diet Doctor
No. Not so far. If fact they all look very fit.

Edit: I was talking about the presenters. But 95% of the attendees look fit too.

  3. This is a little bit off topic, but I wanted to ask you what you thought of the idea that eating low carb for any length of time causes thyroid problems. It seems like that idea keeps popping up in different things I am reading on the internet. For the past 2+ years, I have been eating all whole foods, primal/paleo, with 20-40 grams of total carbs, and my low thyroid is getting lower, and now I have high Reverse T3, which is a new development for me. What are your thoughts on the subject of low carb and low thyroid?
  4. You've got great insights about health, keep up the good work!
