This week, we’re launching a new five-week program for Diet Doctor members. The program helps you find success on a keto diet.

It’s called 5 Weeks of Keto with Kristie.

I’m Kristie Sullivan, head of community at Diet Doctor, and I’ve had the privilege of building this program. From Day 1, I’ll be there with you. I’ll greet you each morning with an email that says, “Let’s get today going! You’ve got one thing to do today, so let’s get to it!”

Every day, we’ll learn about an important keto topic; at the end of five weeks, you will better understand why and how keto works.

Plus, 5 Weeks of Keto with Kristie is full of really practical information like tips for grocery shopping, dining out, social situations, and even dealing with those mindset struggles — I’ll help you get out of your own way and find success!

We’ll also supply you with delicious meal plans, shopping lists and recipes for every keto meal. We’ll make is as simple as possible to succeed. Here are the dinners from the first week:

We start on Monday, so be sure to sign up now! As soon as you do, you’ll get a welcome email with more information and a little homework to help you get started.

You’ll need to spend a little time this weekend getting ready for the week by buying groceries and preparing for our meal plan.
