83,000

Well, the all-time visitor record from Wednesday did not last long. On Thursday we had 83,000 visits – yet another new record.

This site is growing like crazy. Probably mostly because of all the people telling their friends, family and patients. We’ll keep working as hard and smart as we can to be worthy of this trust. And most of all: to empower people everywhere to revolutionize their health.

That is so awesome! I have told many people and they keep telling others. My 82 year old mom is telling all her friends. Since following LCHF the swelling in her legs has gone down, she has more energy and she was able to decrease her blood pressure medication from 3 pill to 1 pill. THAT is amazing!

Of course all Swedes eat LCHF and are thin. ;-)

Can we talk to a Swede about LCHF?:

Today I am very excited to be going to a talk by Dr Aseem Malhotra in Melbourne, Australia, called "Bring Back the Fat". I wouldn't have known about any of this without you Andreas!

I saw this news report. How long are we allowed to talk? How many there speak English or other languages? Can we call more than once?

We all speak English, I guess you can call as many times you want. What would you like to know? ;-)

    Thanks Peter,

English appears to be the second language in many countries. However, to reach a persons's heart(seat of motivation), it is good to speak to them in their native language. Not sure I could actually make such a call. Seems to me, I am able to an extent, talk more to people after adding more fat and lowering carbs, but I still suffer some from social anxiety.

Well a bit more fat and your social anxiety will be gone. ;-)

Thanks, yes my fat intake was about as high, and carbs about as low as conceivable. As the brain changes, social situations become easier, and a person may push herself to do more, but sensory overload can still affect the person, and that in itself can cause other problems. An athlete may have more energy on LC,HF , but should he go running every day? We all need down time, and a proper rest. I did become more noticeably different to family and close friends, being able to more make eye contact, and talk more, not seem as shy. However, the after affects of social situations are mostly the same. I am tired out, and need as much or more down time to recover. I am much better at being in a small/medium social group, but a larger group would still be hard. Hope this makes sense. If I stay in ketosis, I lose too much weight, and can't sleep. I do better to "dip into ketosis" at times.
