    I would have been thrilled with any good bread substitute a couple of years ago in the beginning of my LCHF experience. Like many, I craved the convenient "finger food" that bread and tortillas are famous for. But having never found a bread option I liked, I slowly adapted my tastes and now I'd much rather sit down and eat my meal with a fork than my fingers. With that adaptation came a distaste for bread texture: it seems like eating an edible napkin to me. But having options like this recipe can only help those who are trying to adapt to a healthy LCHF diet. Good work.
