    Aww, thank you for sharing again! Yes, since I last wrote - I reached my weight loss goal and am Keto-ing on for life! Also learned my NAFLD is reversed through and ultrasound. Keto and IF HEAL and change lives!

    Congratulations, Christine and thanks for sharing! I love keto too and am so glad I found it. I still have some weight to lose, but it's coming off steadily and I feel better every day. I can't ever get the 50+yrs of mainstream dieting back, but I know this is the final 'battle' to control my weight. It still amazes me that a ketogenic/low carb way of eating has a built in appetite 'block', if you will. Not having to deal with tormenting carb cravings every day and night allows me to eat to full satisfaction and be done with it while losing weight.
