There seems to be a link betwen BPH and metabolic syndrome!

1. buy cold pressed berry juice, non-pasteurized. Cranberries are very good.

3. mix 1/5 juice and 4/5 bubbled water
I guess one big glass contains 2 grams of sugar instead of 20. Still delicious, especially cranberry mix.
