Let the Bread rise to the Top
Whoever said bread is bland did not actually know what they were talking about. Bread is one of the richest sources of carbohydrates that we have around and most bread makers enhance its qualities by adding various other vitamins and minerals into it.

The best thing about bread is that it can be eaten as it is or it can be mixed with almost all other foods and had. This humble food helps in improving the tastes of other foods while it takes a backseat in the gourmet world itself. - Grilled Chicken Sandwich – For this recipe bread , you will need six chicken breasts with their bones removed, 1 tablespoonful olive oil, 2 tablespoonful lemon juice, 1 grated ginger, 2 crushed garlic flakes, 2 red peppers, ½ a cup of mayonnaise and 6 slices of bread. First you have to make small pieces of the chicken and mix the oil, lemon juice, garlic and ginger into it. Let this mixture marinate for an hour. When done, grill the chicken thoroughly. You are now ready to prepare the sandwich. Spread mayonnaise on the slices of bread, put the grilled chicken piece, the pepper and close it with another slice of bread. Have fun!
- Banana Bread – This is unquestionably one of the most popular recipes for bread . You will need three bananas that have fully ripened, ½ a cup each of butter, buttermilk, white sugar and brown sugar, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons each of baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and ½ a cup of chopped walnuts. First you have to peel the bananas and cut them in small cubes. Then mash them. In another bowl take the butter and the sugars and mix them together. Beat eggs into this bowl. Whisk the mixture. Then put in the vanilla and the buttermilk. Mix well. Next, the bananas will go in here. Again mix. Take another bowl and in that take the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Make a good mixture of this too. Put this into the banana mixture and whisk all of them together. Put in the chopped walnuts now, spreading them evenly. Now, the time comes to bake it. Introduce this batter into a bread pan if you have it. You have to bake for about an hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, the loaf has to settle for 10 minutes more.
- Bread Cookies – Now for one of the most quick bread recipes . You will need 1 cup of flour (the self-rising variety) and ½ a cup each of soft butter and sour cream. This is all you will need. Heat an oven to up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a bowl in which you put all the ingredients. Blend them well. Put this batter into cupcake pans. Then put it inside for baking. About 20 to 30 minutes of baking should do well.
