When it is getting hot, rub some oil on the outside of the shrimp. Then pat them with the salt, pepper and paprika. The shrimps are meant to be heated directly on the grill, two minutes on each side. These taste great with salsa sauce.

- Tomato Skewers – You will need about 16 each of mozzarella balls, fresh basil leaves, cherry tomatoes and some extra virgin olive oil and some salt and pepper to add to the taste. The preparation is very simple. You have to put the mozzarella balls, the tomatoes and the basil on the skewers. Brush them with oil, put salt and pepper and barbecue them. Because no meats are contained in this, they are done very fast and taste yummy!
The tomatoes ensure that these are rich in vitamin C. Actually this is a perfect healthy recipe for appetizers because you also get a good amount of protein, potassium and calcium.
