Kim Gajraj

KimI joined Team Diet Doctor in October 2017. I run our Spanish site, Diet Doctor español and am also an editor on the English site. I write for both Diet Doctor and Diet Doctor español under the supervision of Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt.

I have a BA in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from the University of Oxford and an MSc in International Development from Utrecht University, specializing in food security and nutrition. I have traveled extensively, from living in West African villages and the Peruvian Amazon to cycling around South East Asia. Most recently, I spent 2 years working with food supply systems and nutrition among indigenous groups in the Bolivian highlands.

I have been following a low carb diet for a number of years. In August 2017 I attended the Low Carb USA conference in San Diego and heard Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt mention during his presentation that there was an opening at Diet Doctor. I took a leap of faith, applied for the position, and moved from Bolivia to Sweden a few months later to start a new job and a new life. I am extremely happy with my decision, and I love working with such amazing teammates on such an important project: empowering people everywhere to revolutionize their health!
